Annual Pride March

Join us for the Lake Country Pride March in downtown Orillia. This is a visible, community-led walk that brings people together in support of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
Pre-March Activities
Start your day at the Orillia Public Library with creative activities before the march.
Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Orillia Public Library (2nd Floor)
- Sign-making
- Button-making
All ages are welcome. Materials are provided at no cost.

March Details

1:00 PM
- Opening remarks and gathering
- Location: Library courtyard
~1:15 PM – 1:30 PM
- Gather in front of the library for a group photo
- March begins through the downtown core
Route:
- Approx. 1.5 km walk
- Ends at the Biindigen Pavilion (Terry Fox Circle)
Post-March Gathering
After the march, continue the celebration at the waterfront.

Typically wraps up around 4:30-5:00 pm
